I am a serious novice! First intermediate line. Seemed to take a long time to sink at all at first but then after repeated casts it did and started being effective.
I like the creed River lines which cast better for me than other far more expensive lines manage to do.

Good small loops ,short but still has a good grip(I can't pull them off),and that's without glue.

Easy to fit and they work very well. On thinner lines I use a very small amount of super glue.
