Sadly our last order of 9 foot XGNP rod blanks went terribly wrong, only 30% of the blanks we ordered were of use, unfortunately the factory got the specs of the blanks wrong and produced blanks that were nowhere near the fitment of our current range, meaning that we were unable to sell the blanks.
However due to shipping costs and the fact the blanks are custom made for us, the factory don't want them returned, so we've agreed that we would try to sell these blanks for them at a greatly reduced price, less than cost, just to help recover some of thier costs at zero profit to us - we just want them out of our workshop and they're a bargain to you.
If you want to purchase multiple blanks, please get in touch direct and we can work something out.

I have a good few Bloke blanks & rods I've built on them and they never disappoint. these blanks are a gorgeous shade of blue probably even more striking than the darker blue of my XGNP, I plan to build a predator/saltwater rod with the #8 wt and after seeing one of these blanks as a rod I'd built for myself back in February, my good lady has given me detailed instructions for a #6 wt build for her so that's what's happening with the #6 wt. no rush though as I have 8 other blanks to get on with.
Even if these "2nds" were twice the price, they would still be phenomenal value. After building these blanks and casting them for a year, I can say that the 8wt makes a really nice fast taper saltwater rod,
The 6wt is an entirely different blank with a moderate action and a much stiffer tip. I would actually describe it as a moderate action 8wt. I cast the same bonefish 8wt line on both rods. The 8wt gives tight loops while the 6wt is more forgiving with wider loops.
First time using this company and won’t be the last first class product and first class customer service
I have always had good experiences with Bloke's service and products.I bought the clearance rod blanks, the "almost Blokeworthy" variety. They felt great. However, the 6 wt. had a weak zone and snapped when being checked for spine. I bought two more to be sure I could finish at least one, they were sent amazingly fast and are now mired down in post-customs clearance and postal delay. Despite the setback and dysfunctional US side of international shipping, I heartily recommend Bloke products.
Alan is a prompt and very helpful communicator. Responded to multiple emails concisely and quickly. Product shipped to Australia very quickly and in secure packaging tube. He was recommended by a friend who was equally happy with the service and product quality.
